In the Free For All promotion, new, first-time customers must provide a valid Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), or Immigration and Naturalization Services Number (INSN) for ID validation purposes. The customer can purchase a one-receiver satellite TV system for $149.99 through an authorized retailer and receive 30 monthly credits of $5.00 (total of $150). Or customers can purchase a two-receiver satellite TV system for $199.99 and they will receive 40 monthly credits of $5 (total of $200). Customers qualify for monthly credits on their DISH Network accounts by subscribing to AT60, DISH Latino, AT120, DISH Latino Dos, AT180, or DISH Latino Max for 30 or 40 consecutive months depending on whether they purchase a one or two-receiver system.

All customers activating with an HD model receivers must also subscribe to the $9.99 per month HD pack for 12 consecutive months. A free standard professional installation (FSPI) is included with all one and two-receiver purchases.

Valid SSN/Partial SSN Requirement: All new customers who activate under the Free For All promotion must qualify through one of two ways:

1) Customer provides a valid nine-digit Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), or Immigration and Naturalization Service (INSN) Number during the activation call, or

2) Customer provides the last four digits of their SSN/ITIN/INSN at the time of Account Set Up (and during the activation call) and pays DISH Network a non-refundable $49.99 Account Set Up Fee prior to their account activation.

How the Promotion Works:

The new customer pays for a one or two-receiver system up-front, activates their new account with qualifying programming (AT100, DISH Latino, AT200, DISH Latino Dos, AT250, or DISH Latino Max), and begins receiving 30 monthly credits of $5 (on one-receiver activations) or 40 monthly credits of $5 (on two-receiver activations) on their DISH Network account. If the account is disconnected or if the customer does not subscribe to qualifying programming at any time during the first 20 months (on one receiver activations) or 40 months (on two-receiver activations), they become disqualified from receiving future monthly credits.

DISH Video-On-Demand Service Fees:

The newest generation of DISH Player-DVRs (including the DISH Player-DVR 510,522 and 922) have a tiered ? $0.00 per month if the customer subscribes to America?s Everything Pak. ? $4.98 per month if the customer subscribes to AT100, DISH Latino, AT200, DISH Latino Dos, AT250, DISH Latino Max, or any other programming package.
